  1. Raise your self-awareness

Self-awareness is one of the most pivotal aspects of personal growth and development. Your ability to observe yourself and your behavior from a nonjudgmental place puts you in a position to understand what factors are in the way of your progress.

  2. Analyze the times you have felt confident

This is one way to put that self-awareness in practice. When you have felt like you believed in yourself what were you doing? Were there any thoughts in particular that you remember having? Doing this helps you figure out what to try again to see if it will work again.

  3. Power pose like a boss

Method actors do it and so does Tony Robbins. Give it a shot. Stand like a superhero before a meeting or smile while you’re on your way to a first date and see what happens.

  4. Practice self-acceptance

What would it look like to accept yourself as you are? There may be some things that are unchangeable or out of your control. If that is the case acceptance can be the key you need to get not feeling stuck.
