The weight of grief is compounded by financial stress that is added from not enough money, no insurance, or other situations of being unprepared for loss. Loss of a loved one, of a job, of a house. Throughout her life of loss, trauma, and grief of all kinds, Sabrina learned the answer to this question:

How does one prepare for the reality of the financial impact of loss?

Sabrina currently offers coaching and courses for groups and individuals who find themselves in similar situations of loss and distress and teaches strategies to embrace a life of gratitude and healing.

“I know firsthand the impact grief and trauma has on one’s ability to find moments of gratitude.

At the age of 3, I witnessed my father taken to prison and then later die from HIV and end-stage renal disease. At the age of 13, my sister drowned in my presence, and at age 30, my mother passed away suddenly from cancer.

My journey was not an easy one, My clients do not have to worry if I will understand, I do.” –Sabrina Donegan

After experiencing grief at multiple levels in the loss of parents, siblings, friends, and grandparents, she has now dedicated her business to teaching strategies for preparing for grief, surviving grief, and overcoming grief, emotionally and financially. Sabrina teaches the importance of vulnerability and courage to embrace your loss with a self-awareness that helps you begin healing and grow as an individual to become mentally and financially stronger on the other side.

“I offer an opportunity to connect with other individuals who are dealing with similar issues of loss but also provide a chance for them to learn and educate themselves on their journey of grief.” –Sabrina Donegan.
